Friday 8th September

Evening – setup from 6pm (Curry & Pizza party for helpers)

Saturday 9th September

9:30 start – followed by worship (and children’s registration)
10:30 Session 1 followed by coffee
11:45 Session 2 followed by worship and ministry (children return)
13:00 picnic lunch (please bring some food!)
14:00 Activities until 16:00
18:00 Barbeque
19:30 Evening events (60′s – 80′s night/Jazz Cafe)

Sunday 10th September

10:00 arrive followed by worship (and children’s registration)
11:00 Session 3 followed by worship and feedback
12:30 Lunch (provided) until 14:30

The speaker will be Rev David Rowe, former adviser on Evangelism for Southwell & Nottingham Diocese, and the Vicar of St Wilfrid’s, Wilford.

Note There will be a creche and childrens groups for 3-5′s and 5-14 year olds run by professionals specialising in the relevant age groups.
