As a gesture of support for those who we know who are suffering with cancer currently 40 women from Pathway and Christchurch ran in the Race for Life in Nottingham on June 3rd this year.

We will live in the presence of God and know unhindered fellowship with Him. I don’t think our minds can fully comprehend that.
All of us experience God’s general goodness - the sun shines on the good and the bad.
But for Christians, we experience a special goodness through Jesus.
Jesus is speaking in an upper room about the great gift He is going to leave with people - “Peace I leave you; my peace I give you.”
God is in control - whatever trials we go through.
Whatever comes our way, whatever battle rages in our head - we have a choice.
We continue our exploration of themes inspired by U2 lyrics from How to dismantle an atomic bomb.
Right from the start of the Book of Genesis it is clear that we are not meant to be alone - that we need companionship and community.
Jesus sent out the disciples in twos in Mark 6:7-13 because then people would not only see two Christians they would see a small Christian community.
What is an atomic bomb in our community? What is the thing that causes massive destruction? In Amble, Northumbria, it is a culture that has given up on God and a church that has given up. Maybe 200 people out of a community of 6000 people go to church on Sundays.
