Jesus is always active in prayer for us.

So how do we pray? What can we use to help us focus on prayer, or to give our prayer time structure?

Silence, an icon, a tree, a rainbow, a sunset – any beautiful painting or photograph – any beautiful work of creation … these are some of the things that may a stimulus to prayer. Anything that provokes a response can lead to adoration or worship or intercession.
