	teaching - "sermonettes" 
	silence - waiting - meditation


How do we listen to ourselves?

	does our opinion matter (our mind)
	listen to our bodies
	not easy - but important
	strong emotional reaction


How do we listen to each other?

	stop talking 
	respecting (not necessarily accepting) other viewpoint
	sometimes we can't agree on stuff
	men and women are different ... may need to stop doing stuff to listen
	concentrating on the other person
	feedback and understanding (or not)
	reading body language
